Jeff Lee has over 30 years of development and brokerage real estate experience in Northern California. Prior to co-founding Cypress Properties Group in 2010, Mr. Lee was a Senior Director of Real Estate Development for Opus West. Prior to Opus West, Mr. Lee was Vice President of Development for Catellus Development Corporation based in San Francisco and First Vice President at CBRE Commercial. Mr. Lee has been responsible for all phases of the real estate development process for over 16 million square feet of office and industrial properties in the Bay Area. Mr. Lee and Cypress Properties Group is a member of 1% for the Planet an organization founded by Yvon Chouinard of Patagonia and takes an active role their real estate and environmental endeavors. Mr. Lee received his B.S. in Business Management from California University at San Luis Obispo.

Chris Wight has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience including development, capital markets, brokerage and management. Prior to co-founding Cypress Properties Group in 2010, Mr. Wight was the founder of Epic Commercial Real Estate targeting “value-added” investments, land developments, and redevelopment of retail, office, and industrial properties in Northern California. Mr. Wight continues to own and manage this portfolio of properties acting as the Managing Member for various partnerships. Prior to Epic Commercial, Mr. Wight was Senior Director in the Capital Markets Group with Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International, in San Francisco. Mr. Wight completed over $5 billion in institutional investment sales in this role. Prior to Colliers International, Mr. Wight was Vice President with Reynolds and Brown Development Company where he was responsible for the development and marketing of regional and community shopping centers. Prior to joining Reynolds and Brown, Mr. Wight was Vice President with Wells Fargo Realty Finance in San Francisco, responsible for disposition of commercial real estate assets owned by the bank, (ORE). Mr. Wight is on the Board of Directors for the Telegraph Business Improvement District (TBID) in Berkeley. He is also a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and past president of the Belden Club in San Francisco. Chris received a B.S. in Finance from Oregon State University and San Jose State University in 1985, and is a licensed California real estate broker.
